• Engine Crankcase Machining

Machining operations on crankcases for 4 cylinders 2t Gran Premio replica engine.
We elaborated the CAM programs starting from the 3D solid models provided by the customer.
We have performed boring, flange machining, threaded holes and reaming.

Special Parts

Fork Bushings Italy

These bushings have been made in order to use modern oil seals and dust covers on Italia ø40 forks.
We also built the special wrench to unscrew them without damaging them.

Fifth wheel for oval frame

The use of special fifth wheel couplings allows the recovery of frames with enlarged or ovalised bearing seats due to incorrect assembly or use of the motorcycle with incorrect adjustment of the steering bearing clearance. These slewing rings are made with alloy steel of higher quality than the steel of the original bearings, are then heat treated and finally finished to the desired size. This type of modification is feasible only by delivering the frame with the damaged bearing seat(s) in order to make dimensional measurements. Ask for information

Wheel and brake restoration

We carry out wheel repair works: rebuilding of damaged bearing seats, painting of hubs with powder or solvent, replacement of bearings and spacers, grinding of brake drums with or without mounted rim, covering of brake shoes with racing friction material and possibility of turning brake shoes with adaptation to the drum.
We can provide complete wheel rebuilding service with the supply of new spokes and new or customer supplied rims.

Restoration of crankcase bearing seats

We can intervene on crankcases or engine covers by making surveys with digital instrumentation, the data are then entered into CAD and processed in order to optimize the processing required by the customer.
We can insert bushings to restore damaged seats, weld where the original fusion material was damaged and rework it with CNC machines to restore parts or shapes as they were originally.
